ALL NON CHEMICAL PEEL sales are final. While we hope that you are 100% satisfied with our products, we regrettably cannot guarantee the satisfaction, appropriateness, or utility of each product for each person. All inquiries will be addressed within 48 hours.

CHEMICAL PEELS

ALL CHEMICAL PEEL sales are final unless, the DOCTOR determines you are not a candidate for a medical grade chemical peel. At that time we ask that you return the peel. A return shipping label will be provided. We will refund you the cost of the peel once the peel arrives at our facility. The product must be in new and unused condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. You may use our prepaid label or use your own shipping. If you use our return shipping label the cost will be deducted from your refund. We will refund the cost of the chemical peel and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.

You can reschedule virtual chemical peel appointments 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you need to cancel with less then 24 hours notice, please notify us at HELLO@DOCTORGLORY.COM.
